Simple

Venue Tables are deliberately simple so that they have broad appeal and longevity. This means they are made to last structurally and aesthetically.

The design avoids complex parts and assemblies so that Venue Tables are lean and sustainable.

Adaptable

With a range of frame sizes and top options, Venue Tables can adapt to any application and style of setting. With its unique frame assembly, frame parts can be repeatedly reconfigured without the need for additional parts and without creating spares.

By using colour and finishes, Venue Tables can adapt to different tastes and applications. If colour is your thing, then it is possible to use up to four colours on a single table frame.

Efficient

The simple, adaptable frame design creates efficiencies in manufacture that passes on to specifiers, stockists and facility managers. The inherent benefit of the design results in a small, effective inventory of components.

Efficiency was at the heart of the design, creating a new approach for making table frames to reduce parts, material and processes.

Broome Jenkins

Venue Tables were designed and developed in the UK by award winning designers Broome Jenkins Ltd.

With over 40 years of working across a range of industry sectors, they have considerable experience of the contract furniture sector. Having worked internationally with many leading manufacturers, they have developed a reputation for rational authentic design.

Most of their work has focussed on design for the workplace, which due to the use of IT and the growth of nomadic working means that their work today extends beyond furniture and into other work related products and technology.

Their approach is practical and hands-on and combines new design methods with traditional skills.

Developing Venue Tables started as an experiment to see how budget constraints can affect the design process and lead to positive design outcomes. They believe that avoiding excesses is a vital step towards sustainable design.

However, Venue grew into a complete project from brief to marketing and all stages in between. The project drew on their extensive experience and capability, and resulted in a market ready opportunity. As a result, Broome Jenkins is pleased to be working with their partners in the UK (NDG) and Australia (TCW).
